I think this news will make no difference.

Two reasons, this officer was fired and an ongoing
dispute with the company about his options. Seems
like he is out there to take revenge!

And then the market is hungry for InterNut stocks
and iVillage is a big name. If anything comes out
of this case, it would probably be couple of months
from the IPO date. After IPO, iVillage surely will
have lots of money to hire good lawyers if needed!
