i just heard from a great source near the situation that cmgi is buying 20% of msgi, a lot bigger than what wall street was thinking when they mentioned that they were becoming a minority shareholder, i heard the 8K will be filed in the next few days and it will be prominently disclosed clearly, stock should easily inch back up to the 12 dollar range
