It was a "reiteration" of a buy recommendation made back last summer.

Now here is a REAL nice piece of info that most of the long time longs will enjoy:

EXPECT TO SEE NEW COVERAGE INITIATED ON VIVUS WITH BUY RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE!

I don't know by what brokerage(s) but I would put Merrill Lynch towards the top of my list!
