A broker friend in Dallas, I think, is the first one who alerted us to PLLL. We started buying below $2 and sold some at $7 but most around $6.25. PLLL still looked good when we sold but we did not like the looks of the oil sector in early 98. Turns out we were correct that time. Oil has been one sector that I have been right on two or three times. The late 70's were great, I had $1 stocks go to $8 or $9. Then they went completely dead for about a decade, fortunately I stayed out all that time and then started dabbling again in the 90's. The time is coming when oils will be a great play. I don't think it is quite time yet but in the meantime some pretty good pocket change can be made in trading them. Just my thoughts on the sector. Ken
