I continue to believe CMGI's price action over the last couple of days indicates that CMGI will revisit the low 150's, filling the gap.

CMGI appears poised to go lower immediately, unless it blows the doors off earnings and announces a 3-1 split.

Having said all that, and, even realizing that DW has made a hash of the LYCOS deal and its aftermath, I'm (still) long CMGI. No one, not even DW, can get it right all the time!!
