Perhaps another driver for companies to adopt WAVE technology is the outstanding opportunity for improved customer relationship management - "big brother paranoia" notwithstanding ! Many companies are investing huge amounts in a variety of technologies in order to understand their customers better for improved customer retention, target marketing etc.
