Yo_Cleo...............What you are seeing is a market maker trick done on many stocks especially low volume stocks. One of the stocks I have followed for 2 1/2 years (TBAE) closes EVERY DAY at unchanged or up 1/16 NO MATTER HOW THE STOCK TRADES DURING THE DAY! I have no idea why MMs do this but they do it to almost all of the smaller low volume issues. Salude and good trading - Norman!
