speculation: maybe the "board meeting" had bad news that had some participants leaving the room with the thought that they better get the hell out while the getting was "good". now a couple of questions: Dave Gore, you posted:(3982) "All I can tell you guys is that ETPI is negotiating with 1, maybe 2 companies and vice versa. The deal may be done and in the lawyer's hands." please post how you can validate this statement, in detail if you dont mind. callme,in post #3982 you posted: "there was no insiders sells on this, so someone with alot of shares started a landslide and alot of people went with it, at probably a big loss." Is this pure speculation or can you validate this statement?please post in detail how you came to this conclusion. PREFSTOCK: Wuld you be so kind as to give me a brief seminar on "what is a marketmaker? and how do minipulate pricing? Is what they "seem" to do, legal?
