Hi Kevin "When will we see some substantial improvements with the service? " Markman stated in the conference call that we will see a new and improved Portico by second quarter. Also, with regard to the other comments in your post, all valid I might add, Markman has addressed this over and over again. The slow roll out of Portico was for the reasons you have mentioned - to work out the kinks. GMGC didn't mass market Portico because they didn't want it to flop like so many other products have done. All FWIW Still long Straight Up
