Shares float: the current numbers of shares in float 21 mil will remain the same or might possible go up by 3 mil not more. Those 3 mil can be used for M&A, so then co. value would increase. All other sellable shares, such as warrants, major shareholders etc. in SB-2 are mentioned there only so to provide all shares that can be in theory sold as the form requires. All major shareholders (with sellable shares) listed in SB-2 are long term with no intention to sell. The co. has also mentioned possible buyback of shares, so to reduce float. This is just to clarify any questions with regard to the float. Radim
