Hi Frank, How are we shareholders supposed to feel when Michael Dell is selling after a downgrade? I haven't kept up on the thread and I'm sure this has been mentioned but did you know that MSD has his own personal mutual fund. About six months ago I saw an article in a magazine (Business Week?) that Mikey has hired 2 (or 1?) hotshots from Wall Street to make investments for him and that he deposits millions (?) every month for them to invest. Obviously I'm a little sketchy on the details but the bottom line is I wouldn't be too worried when he makes these periodic sales of his Dell shares. Rich
