Hey Kone - how's family life?

Drives me nuts that VNTV doesn't understand how to take some of their customer apps and turn them into broadly appealing human interest stories for PR.

Here's this big international company with a blue chip customer base - surely there must be SOME stories in there with great appeal.

This week Cybergold's been in a zillion major publications - newspapers (LA Times, NY Times, SJ Merc), magazines (Newsweek, Forbes, Time, lots of tech and industry pubs like Internet World and Advertising Age), online, offline, etc. etc., even NPR!

This PR is causing a mass influx of investor interest - sort of like a branding campaign.

Vantive could really do the same - get out into public eye, causing consumer investor interest (which spills over to analyst community).

I sort of now see some of the value in SEBL ads on Super Bowl, although I still think that was a waste, and they could have taken the same amount of dough and put it to much better use in other venues.

If I can do it, they can do it.
