I would like to encourage all that are following the Marum project to review the news release from New Claymore (NCS.v) yesterday. From the release:

"...
All three holes encountered similar rocks: sediments, interfingered with sections of fine-grained altered volcanics. Due to the alteration it is not possible to identify the volcanics with any degree of certainty. They are possibly kimberlitic and various analytical procedures are under way to determine their probable source. Core is presently being logged and split sections will be shipped early next week to the laboratory of Kennecott Canada Explorations Ltd. in Thunder Bay, Ont. for diamond analysis by caustic fusion..."

This is significant as I believe MMU is in a region with similar volcanic material as evidenced by last year's target 7 results. Do these volcanics contain diamonds?

Sincerely,
Sudhir Khanna, P.Eng.
