Allen, I posted this in Jan 23 , and I'm posting it again so that you get a better picture :
>>>> we know that some persons want to influence stocks , whether they are doing that for their own profit or for their professional success is not the point - although it is arguably more influencial if the individual works for a fund as here .I'm not saying Joel does , but one has to keep it in mind . So I think this info is good to know - and also should be known to everybody reading his comments here ( I'm not sure that people actually would want to read about him and look up this address you gave - I am waiting for info and had nothing to do , but otherwise I would never have looked at it - he is not important to ME . Wal .
Here is the info :

To whomever:

I got a call today at the office from someone wanting to know why I did not like Copytele. This enterprising individual was probably able to determine my company name and location from my e-mail address. I have no problem talking via voice, be it over the phone or in-person at the trade show in LA. However, this person refused to
identify themselves and as a result I could not speak with them. As I believe I mentioned before, I work for a hedge fund, the principals of which are fairly well known in the institutional investment community. (We got a mention in the WSJ just this week.) However, with respect to Copytele, I represent myself as a private individual,
not my firm. I therefore cannot speak with unidentified persons for risk that they may later use my comments in an unauthorized manner and attribute those comments to my firm. This is especially a concern, since part of my job description is to speak to the press regarding my firm. I suspect that this was just a shareholder in COPY, but I just
wanted to cover my butt just in case. So, again, for the record, anything I say about

COPY in the context of this forum are said as a private individual, and not on behalf of my firm. Sorry for the long-winded disclaimer.<<<

This was posted by him about that time . Wal.
