I don't think so. GJC just reported from his conversation with Mike Rehtorik the following in his post #2212:

On Buyback:
Board of Directors authorized buyback of 400,000 shares. GIFS has
bought some and will continue limited buys at "bargain basement
levels" (less than $2).

Of course, "some" was not defined so we don't know how many they bought.

P.S. Sorry to hear of all the turmoil going on in that other country we talked about. All of it over a stock "Ponzi" scheme. Hope the family is safe.
