Penni, since this is Valentine's Day and I get to dedicate a post to to the valentine of my choice, I would like to send the little red heart I cut out of construction paper by hand to you. We have been friends since last summer, and even though we have never met, there was something so similar in our spirits that we were willing to bare our souls to each other (sometimes assisted by the euphoria of red wine on an empty stomach), trust each other implicitly, be raw and real with each other, and support each other on our journeys through our late '40's (when lovely brightly-colored and spirited Pisces fish start turning into prunes)!! The things we know about each other and would never share with another soul would make these threads sizzle and steam forever!! Long live the safety, solace, comfort and grace we find in each other, and the very special friendships that women share!!! Love always, Christine
