I posted this on the AOL board but, I think the question presented need to be addressed so I am posting it here as well.

My concern at this point is that if KM is such a good product and will become the industry standard then this stock is a bargain for a buyout.
If I were Seagate or WD or IBM then why would I want to pay Ampex royalties on KM when I can buy the whole company, CHEAP. I like the stock and am as positive as everyone else about the potential. Does anyone know if this company has a poison pill? Does anyone know if the company or institutions could be deleberately driving down the price for just such an event ie, buyout? A lot of things about this company are going through my mind right now.
Before KM contracts, or a good 4th Qtr earnings report, this stock was stuck between 6 1/2 and 7 1/2. I don't see it going any lower than that now. As a matter of fact with the recent positive news and the old base of 6 1/2 and 71/2 , then this stocks lowest base should be 8 1/2 to 9 1/2. There has to be something going on that we don't know about.
