Ir said the same amount of shares will be required! Stockscape will be getting a bit of a bargain,in the same manner CNP will get a deal on the GBG shares! They had to pick a date to set a standard by, thats how they calculated these numbers. I was talking to IR for about 5 minutes or more. Ando
