[volume] Look at the volume change. Last time SBC made big ADSL announcement, WSTL popped to 9. REad between the lines. LU provides a ton of equip. over 5 years to SBC. SBC uses ALA and LU. WSTL has ALA compat. and LU partnership. They should get a piece. MB
