WILMINGTON, DEL. (March 10) BUSINESS WIRE -March 10, 1999--Starnet Communications International Inc. (NASD OTC-BB:SNMM) ("Starnet") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Wolf Bergelt as the newest member on the Board of Directors.
Bergelt is a corporate financial consultant who has worked with a number of publicly traded companies including Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., Rogers Cantel Inc. and First City Trustco Inc. as chief financial officer. Bergelt is a chartered accountant by training and has attended Masters of Business Administration program at Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Canada.
