Peter, it's different only in the sense that my guess is that there are less shorts to be squeezed. But there definitely could be an explosion to the upside and if the analysts start revising their numbers upwards before earnings it could have legs. As far as the article goes: their investments in Japan during 1998 were expected to drop by 30-40 percent from the previous year. Well, if some of the Japanese players are deciding that outsourcing makes sense, I guess their investments in Japan they would drop. Whoever was quoted in that article should get up to speed on Korean CAPEX plans. Good trading, Tom
