It gives them exactly what they needed a serious foot in the door for payment processing. Check out the revenues and profit margin of the company being acquired. Very nice. DCTI's quarterly earnings were in the Silicon Valley salaray range. Before they were just ideas and now its partnering tech with business . Very good deal IMO
