Now, if you too have seen way too much of the dreaded hourglass lately as you wait for SI to respond, I have found a way to speed things up: When SI is slow, I click off on the red 'stop' button on my Netscape browser, and re-click on 'next' or 'respond' or 'submit' or 'previous' on the SI page; SI responds very quickly to this second try.
