Merck Germany is hardly a shell. for the threads info they have 29,000 employees and 7 billion in sales. Their agreement with IMCL calls for them putting in another $25 million, and buying stock ABOVE the public market price.

Also Merck is backing (are you sitting down) IMCL's Anti cancer vaccine, later stage of development. It's known as BEC2.

Merck also lending them $30,000,000 so IMCL can build their manufacturing facilities.

I think this one may be real.
