Ice, My problem is that he is a mutual fund manager, which requires SEC registration. Any felony and you are out. So, the story is either wrong or their are extenuating circumstances. One of my buddies who managed funds in the office two down from mine got nailed on something much less unsavory. He had a slip of the lip to an ex wife, and her and her new boyfriend did some insider trading. He didn't benefit. He didn't go to prison as they did, yet, he was out on his kiester. And this was one of the best performing equity managers of the 1970s/early 1980s. Maybe the rules have changed, but I think bank robbery would be worse than bragging to impress your ex wife. <g>
