MaoII: You could have saved yourself the trouble if you had scrolled back to my posting. I had already checked by telephone with Schwab in London and Arizona they had done a complete check of all wire services for me including DOW and I reported that.

A textual analysis of the message would suggest that it is not a press release from CPQ. That is why I asked the poster to give the source. The poster has not replied. But he appears to be a bona fide member of SI with no previous history of posting such messages.

If it has any validity it must be as a rather uneducated summary of verbal statements. Since it has not appeared anywhere else - not even on the Yahoo Zoo - I think the poster should explain. It appeared to give material information and could have influenced a reader to buy or sell.
