Annette. This is not something to read anything into. These guys have a small window of opportunity to exercise their options. Most of the time all they are thinking about is getting their hands on some money. Playing the game, "Is our stock going up soon?" is not something they worry about. Its just dollars and cents. They get X for base salary and everything else comes from getting and selling stock options. For us to read anything into this about management's unstated views about where NAVR is going will get us hopeful over nothing.

Look at it this way: Shareholders of stocks such as CPQ, DELL, EMC, SUNW don't try to read into what management of these companies really know when stock options are traded--and these guys get MANY more shares than people at NAVR.
