Dear Mr. Verrill:
After ignoring and evading questions about the
number of shares outstanding and in the float I
finally called MDMI's transfer agent, Securities
Transfer Corp., and this is the number I was given.
Perhaps you can explain how that number grew from
27,000,000 just one year ago
I don't know how much is in the float, but maybe
you can provide that information. Somehow,
6,000,000 seems a bit optimistic.
Oh, incidentally, now that Crawford Shaw, vice
president, is no longer involved with MDMI, I
assume he is no longer receiving compensation,
correct?
Who is his replacement?
