This address's the build out I am referring to. As for the TI bit,
this is just the interoperability area which must be addressed before
any true world wide systems, or networks, can be built out. By working
with TI, IMO, this gives PAIR an advantage in perhaps a first to
market with product development edge, due to TI's huge advantage
with their DSP technology, which is needed for PAIR's DSL technology.
In other words, I believe it is starting to come together, and if
you are buying in this area, like myself, then IMO, you will be
very happy before years end.
