On March 10, 1999 INDX reported that Indo-Pacific Energy Ltd. and Trans-Orient Petroleum Ltd. have each increased their investment in AMG Oil Ltd. ( AMG ) by partially exercising their options dated June 25, 1998 to acquire, respectively, 800,000 and, 400,000 shares of AMG for US$0.50 per share. Anyone know more about this arrangement and/or owners and board members of AMG?
