Does anyone know where to get that 15 page MEMO of MSFT's legal position on the net. I heard on CNBC Hampton Pearson--that it is on the web. Teflon--I am not sure of the coms deals. MSFT would not want to get into hardware and tick off all their hardware customers. They would do this only if their Windows / Office dominance slips and that ain't happening!!!
