Dennis,

The way I read this and again it is just my opinion that is not the way
I see it. I see it that Mc Donald was to take this position by agreement.
MIY is the sole owner of Golden Hill and Mc Donald was to buy in. Now
they don't want to. There could be several reasons for this and I would
not try to present them simply because I don't have the facts and appearently
neither does MIY. MMP hasn't told them either. My guess is that either
they don't have the cash, the property isn't that good, the possibility
of government interference or just because the price of gold is down and
they don't want to commit the moneies until the market turns around. It
is hard to say.

The Guru brought my attention to this one and I decided to see what would
happen before I took a position on it. It hasn't moved anywhere since his
mention. Of course that doen't mean anything, but I thought I would check
this one out before I got into it. To be honest with you I don't see
anything here that makes me want to buy in at this time. Not saying it
isn't a good play but now with the new current events I think that I will
just stay on the side lines for awhile longer and see what developes.
I think that I will really dig into this one and see if the merrit is
there. It is on my buy list just like Columbia Gold is but once again
that hasn't done anything. For some reason my confidence level is not
up on either one. I will have to talk to these folks a few times and hear
what they have to say.

May the stock gods smile on you and all the rest of you Mill Citians,

Ron
