I wish I could say "agreed." Rajiv and I discussed this but dropped it for awhile since we aren't in sync yet. It's very confusing.

Based on my understanding of S-1, NETR AT THE IPO:
1. NAVR will own about 5 Mil shs of NETR;
2. VVTV will own about 1 Mil shs;
3. NETR will own about 2 Mil shs at the Offering;
4. NETR will own about 1 Mil shs in Stk Options.

AFTER THE IPO:
1. There are Pro Forma shs in question;
2. Everen can issues shs solely on its own authority;
3. NETR can issue shs.

So, dilution can occur quickly. Maybe Rajiv will take us back thru this. We were into this topic last night at midnight.

Hang in there. It will begin to come into focus. I don't think most people care at all and will be trading based on other judgements. And, they will likely be right.
