No problem. Please forgive all the typos/spelling errors, my fingers couldn't keep up w/ my ears and I didn't go back to proof read, oh well.

They also talked about a new computer system they've developed that they seem to think has great potential, don't remember details. Additionally, talked about an agreement for lower bulk rates through the USPS that should help contain future shipping costs.
