John, I tried to do what you suggested, using if...and if...then, but that wasn't working because of the 3 variables involved. It would work if the volume wasn't included. Then I tried to run if....then, if....then, still wasn't giving me what I wanted. The volume thing (or any third variable) keeps on getting in the way. If you have the time and the inclination, please write me the scan as you think it should be written. Maybe I am missing something...... If you don't have the inclination, that's ok. I appreciate what you have already suggested. Thanks again, Debra
