Although the price of oil will affect LEAH's price in the future, it does not at the present time. Also know that this may be a temporary rise in oil price due to the fact that OPEC cannot control themselves and most likely most members will not honor the cuts. What we really need to look at is the positive news that is coming out of Russia about the Russian economy. You have to realize that the Western world wants a stable Russian economy, so there will be a concerted effort to this end. The reason being is that no one wants to see economic hardship in a country with so much nuclear power. SO I think that this stock is a no brainer for the following reasons :

1) They have connections in Russia and Khazikstan.
2) They have made a profit every quarter since the stock has traded.
3) The Windows and Doors company is profitable and does business
mainly in Khazikstan and Azerbajian. This shows that LEAH can
work in these countries.
4) The Russian economy may have bottomed out. You now have a chance
to invest in Russia with a company that deals in a natural resource
which most recovering economies use to get out of their economic
decline.
5) LEAH has cash of 43 cents/share, close to where the stock trades
now.

6) LEAH has not played around with the stock price trying to get
capital. They are not pumping up the stock price or promoting the
stock.
