Agreed...especially on spliting out the Internet from the parent, you could have another TMCS disapointment. Now that I think about it no reason to split out an IPO anyway, both are publishing, not like it is a different industry. I doubt Car and Driver is going to split out its web site.

BTW excellent background work for A@P on the press releases, saw what you did and thought the job was complete! Good work
