1. consent solicitation from bond holders. which impacts the expected ipo/spinoff of net2phone._idt_1.html 2. idtc is the leader of pre-paid calling cards, and the cost to use the net2phone is sub .05/minute. the product that will be touted on netscape. international calling is where idtc makes there earnings and they are innovative and cost effective. they have used one side of the biz to fund the other. 3. with a 56k modem and my cheap headphone set, the quality was acceptable. try it at: easysurf.com 4. they offer multiple products, but if you use the pc side, to talk you need a microphone and speakers to hear. 5. nortel has been advertising ther product as well as some small companies. idtc is the leader, see recent agreements with realnetwork, nscp, geocities... this is a start, hawaii, andrew or crusader know much more than i and may want to elaborate or clarify.
