Here is the news release dated February 12, 1997.

-- Mojave, California, PLATFORMS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION (PLFM)
announced today that they have a cotract with Kelly Aerospace &
Technology, Inc. for Kelly's Eclipse Space Launch System. Kelly signed
an $89 million contract with Motorola SATCOM for 10 launches of the
Eclipse Space Plane (20 Iridium Satellites). Platforms will provide
Kelly Space & Technology software developed models of simulation
analysis on flight profiles for the planned flight demonstration of
the QF-106 and an Air Force C-141 heavy lift cargo aircraft in a proof
of concept demonstration for launching the Space Plane. This program
will launch a satellite into space from a towed space plane and then
return to earth to be refitted for another launch. Platforms is
currently involved in negotiations with Kelly to provide flight
systems for their space launch program in the future. Platforms will
have revenues earned within the third quarter of operations. An
impressive accomplishment for an early stage company.

PLATFORMS INTERNATIONAL CORP is developing a new, low cost, generic,
integration tool to help you understand how your device will behave
in an operational system. PLFM's System Software Development Facility
(SSDF) can be configured in software to replicate an aircraft, space
craft, submersible or surface vehicle or system. Platform's SSDF can
then be stimulated to simulate the operational environment so that
customer software and hardware may be developed, integrated and tested
in an operational environment. Currently an optionally manned or
unmanned aircraft is available at Platforms to verigy results in
flight. Platform's development tools are available as an integration
service or as hardware and software products for use in yourlaboratory."
