EXCELLENT POST, BLAINE!!!!!! The same idea has been rolling around in my head for some time now. I think between all of us , especially Herman & Steve, we should be able to come up with a definitive list of what one needs to look for in finding a good or great candidate. Once "refined", the final draft could be printed out & studied such as the famous "Steve's Strategy". We could also share ideas on where it's best(& cheapest) to find this info. Some of this info is free on the Net. So, what do you think Herman & Steve?? You are both certainly our " Mentors" on this thread. Are you both up to collaborating on this & coming up with a detailed report on finding a solid company?? I think it would be of great interest to all of us here!!! Bill
