GoNorth,---That Globe and Mail report on Bid.com by Mark Evans was EXCELLENT.!! That 4th. quarter of 1998 - I wonder where Mr. Godin was saying he was trying to phase out of computer products because of the low margins and set up a new line of jewellery and all that sports stuff which I understand is only getting going in Jan. 1999 - maybe the switch over in the 4th. quarter of 1998 may have affected sales. If Bid.Com can hit that $50 million revenue and cut back on the marketing cost like Mr. Godin said, that $50 million revenue will be higher than EBAY's revenue of $47 million in 1998. One last thing, in Mark Evan's report in the Globe, he failed to mention those EBAY figures were in "US DOLLARS" so you can add on 50% on top of that again.!!!!
