Bill,

I'm going to answer for Aus to the issue of barriers to entry.

For me, I combine several concepts into what most analysts describe as barriers to entry. As far as I'm concerned, this concept is the same as Buffett's "monopoly", or Fisher's unfair advantage. Peter Lynch calls it something else. But basically, its the issue of a company that makes it unique, something nobody else has. Seems like Lynch said it could be something as simple as being the biggest in a field. Buffett would rather own a newspaper in a small town of only 1 newspaper, that a larger newspaper in a town having several. SanDisk has the patents. Analysts describe it as what inhibits a competitor to set up shop and go into business against you.

Unfortunately, there are no barriers to entry for IDTC. Unless you consider that they are first on the block with integrated international communications network, internet service provider, and software to allow multimedia PC's to call any telephone in the world.
But being first on the block does not constitute a barrier to entry.

IDTC will do very well in spite.

Roger

P.S. PDE is up 60% since my original post. I looked at 5 for a long time but didn't have the balls to pull the trigger. My avg price is $7. In the black now.
