What I am saying is that most of the companies will not like the key component to be controlled by the other especially the foreign one. I went to a big show of video and audio in Taipei, I could not even find out even one signle chip of C-Cube. I did my home work. Even the Taiwanese wish to fabricate their own chips. If those decoders were the CPU of Intel, people may be willing to be controlled by Intel. Even now, the mother broad companies in Taiwan do not like Intel but they are forced to buy the chips form Intel although Intel help them to earn a lot of money.
