NY BEllboy -I also suspect illegal shorting and covering those shorts is holding up CYOE. Curious what makes you come to that conclusion? To answer the question earlier--"Can they get a loan"? What would they use for collateral? There's only one thing. Their stock, and that would just make it more worthless with the dilution.
