I certainly agree with your points as well and I would add another - the ability and acumen of the management team.

I feel comfortable that World Heart has a device that addresses the criteria you have indicated with the exception of blood clotting and blood cell damage. With respect to those issues, only time will tell.

As I said, the two devices may well both achieve approvals and be offered to the market.

Do you know anything about the management of MicroMed or how they are financed?
