My Large child got a conk right on the head with the old knuckles yesterday. I try very hard not to spank - he's really too old. He has to do a biographical essay on Edison, and was home all day due to snow. I let him work in his father's room so he would have peace and quiet. Turned out he read four of his brother's new Diadem books. Oh, yeah, that's why my hand hurts today. I forgot, I don't spank because of the RA, it makes my hands hurt for days. "This will hurt me worse than it hurts you." For once, it's true. I'll bet you never spanked.
