I don't know what kind of Form 4 filing he ment. An S-4 filing is for the registration of securities issued in business combination transactions. If this is what it is, then I hope someone here will explain what this could mean. An S-4EF is filed when securities are issued in connection with the formation of a Bank, Savings and Loan, or holding company. Other 4 filings are listed as S-4/A and such like which are only ammendments to S-4 filings Regards, Malcolm
