I have been a shareholder of the company since March 31, 1998 when the stock dipped to $1.18. I talked to Mr. Krause at that time and he told me what his plans were. He has delivered everything as promised to date. His numbers and financials are late, but they are coming. I think that the company has many exciting things happening and could be the home run we all look for. The SolutionNet stock is a champion. Should open around $7.50 and based on the comparable internet stocks this company should add $20,000,000 unrealized profit to SHAL. Things are good. Company is growing. Better buy than CMGI right now. On the same track. Call Mr. Krause at Sara Hallitex he is a good guy and very accessable. JOMAKK
