CTS is Web Page voice enabling technology that interfaces with the page owner's corporate PBX and requires no software client side. Very different. To my limited knowledge, Franklin has no desire to do PC to phone. Besides, those that do use PC to phone complain constantly of the poor quality. Franklin's products show no such problems. Mitch (with help from one of the SI Banned!)
