In addition, Warren Musser now owns 230,022 shares or 1.5% Daniel McGinnis owns 842,919 shares of 5.6% Combined with the 32.1% owned by Safeguard, we now have almost 40% of CCSC off the street. These two filings are also available on EDGAR. Apparently, both McGinnis and Safeguard have a past history with CCSC. These comments were pulled from their last 10K: 10.12 - Severance and Non-Competition Agreement dated as of February 10, 1994 between Daniel McGinnis and the Company.(1)(Exhibit 10.12) 10.13 - Form of Demand Promissory Note of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., dated April 2, 1993, payable to the Company, as amended by letter Agreement dated January 12, 1994.(1)(Exhibit 10.13) Anybody have any idea what this is all about??
